Expert Software Architect

Introduction:

The Expert Software Architect will be responsible for leading technical projects, performing systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures. They will work with Servers, Systems, Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, and integrating equipments/IoT devices with applications. The role will also involve developing applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language, PL/SQL, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical architecture for multiple application modifications and other OMH projects.
• Participate in business analysis and systems development lifecycle.
• Write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, WebAPIs, and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc.
• Mentor and assist other programmers in debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications.
• Use source code repository TFS/GitLab for version control.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM.
• Code applications that access Protected Health Information.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 84 Months Experience in systems architecture, engineering, administration, and troubleshooting.
• 60 Months Experience working with Servers, Systems, Infrastructure, and Cloud technologies.
• 60 Months Experience developing n-tier web applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C#.
• 36 Months Experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language (AI/ML) and Python.
• 84 Months Experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and cursors.
• 24 Months Experience with automation and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• 24 Months Experience coding applications containing Health Care data under HIPAA regulations.
• 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration.
• Experience with AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher.
• Knowledge of REST Services (Web API) and Enterprise Service Bus.
• Experience with HL7 Transformation.
