Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes. Lead training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth. Collaborate with facility leadership to support workforce planning and operational goals. Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in a healthcare setting.
