Talent Acquisition Specialist

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hospitality, gaming, and support roles. In this fast-paced, guest-first environment, you will partner with hiring managers to define needs, create job postings, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers. You will manage the applicant tracking system, support onboarding, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive candidate experience that reflects our tribal values and service culture. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hospitality, gaming, and support roles at the resort and casino
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job postings
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews
• Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects tribal values and guest-first culture
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding with HR team
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
• Support employer branding and recruiting events, including job fairs and community partnerships
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
