Commercial Sales Consultant - Construction

Job Description
Coreslab Structures is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant based out of the Marshalltown, IA Central Iowa feed to support business development. This role focuses on building relationships within the commercial construction industry and supporting projects from early design through bid award. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal estimating teams to promote precast concrete solutions and support successful project delivery. This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout Central Iowa.

Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and engineers
Identify and pursue commercial construction opportunities within the Marshalltown / Central Iowa market
Support early-stage project development and design coordination discussions
Track bid activity and maintain active pipeline reporting
Assist in securing contracts and transitioning awarded work to project management teams
Maintain ongoing customer relationships throughout project lifecycle
Experience in construction sales, estimating, project coordination, or related field preferred
Ability to read construction drawings
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel throughout Central / Eastern Iowa region
