Technical Program Manager

Title - Technical Program Manager -- Ride and Show
Salary - $160-175k
Lead the technical delivery of immersive entertainment experiences from concept through installation and opening.

• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, engineering teams, fabricators, and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.


• Work closely with creative teams to translate artistic vision into technical requirements while overseeing fabrication, installation, systems integration, testing, and final acceptance.


• Serve as the primary technical leader responsible for coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving successful execution of complex themed projects.

• 8+ years of technical project management, engineering management, or systems integration experience


• Experience leading large-scale projects from design through installation, commissioning, and final delivery


• Significant vendor management and contract management experience


• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and technical deliverables


• Experience overseeing installation activities and field execution


• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders


• Experience developing scopes of work, technical specifications, and procurement documentation


• Strong problem-solving, technical decision-making, and project leadership skills


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field

• Theme park or attraction development experience


• Experience with ride systems, show systems, special effects, projection, lighting, audio, scenic elements, or show control systems


• Construction management experience within entertainment or themed environments


• Experience supporting immersive experiences, exhibits, or experiential marketing installations


• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
