Interdealer Brokers — Index Options / Single Stock Options / Exotics

Our client, a small but ambitious and growing interdealer broker, has instructed us to identify brokers across its equity derivatives franchise. With no internal competition for most products, there is room for index options, single stock options, and exotics brokers alike to establish a seat.

Profile sought

1. A minimum of 2 years' broking experience
2. Junior brokers — at least a few established lines to build upon
3. Senior brokers — full latitude to build and grow a business as they see fit, and own the franchise.
