Unified Communications Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Voice / Telephony Project Manager to support a large-scale office migration and reoccupancy program.

The role will coordinate enterprise voice activities including phone moves, device configuration, user migrations, cutovers, testing, site readiness, vendor coordination, and migration tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physical phone moves, adds, and changes.

• Support Cisco phone/device configuration activities.

• Manage voice user migrations and cutovers.

• Coordinate voice testing and validation.

• Track project actions, risks, dependencies, and migration progress.

• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, and vendors.

• Support site readiness activities.

• Coordinate DAS installation and activation.

• Support migration from Cisco telephony to Microsoft Teams Phone.

• Manage Trader Voice-related activities where applicable.

Required Skills

• Strong enterprise Voice / Telephony Project Management experience.

• Cisco Call Manager / CUCM.

• Cisco Voice / IP Telephony.

• Microsoft Teams Phone / Teams Voice.

• Voice migrations and cutovers.
