Medidata Rave Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Medidata Rave Project Manager with 5–7 years of relevant experience to support clinical technology and Rave-related projects for a leading pharmaceutical client.

Hands-on Medidata Rave experience is mandatory. Candidates with prior experience supporting Regeneron are strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills combined with solid knowledge of Medidata Rave, clinical systems, clinical data management, and pharmaceutical/biotech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects involving Medidata Rave and related clinical technology platforms.

• Coordinate project planning, execution, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, clinical teams, IT, vendors, and technical teams.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Coordinate Rave implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.

• Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and production activities.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business requirements.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

• Manage vendor and cross-functional team coordination.

• Support continuous improvement of Rave-related processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, or life sciences environments.

• Strong hands-on Medidata Rave experience – MUST HAVE.

• Experience managing projects involving clinical systems or clinical data platforms.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial technology and related processes.

• Excellent project planning, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and project deliverables.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with Medidata Rave implementations, upgrades, integrations, or enhancements.

• Experience in clinical data management or clinical trial systems.

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

• Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotech organizations.
