Job Overview

• Oversee the integration and enhancement of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions across enterprise systems
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, cybersecurity experts, and government stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and technical documentation
• Provide transparent status updates and technical reports to senior leadership and agency stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing technical projects within a state or federal government agency
• Demonstrated knowledge of MFA protocols and architectures, with at least one major MFA implementation or integration delivered
• Strong knowledge of data security principles, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks
• 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
