We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise applications built on .NET and/or Java.

Hands-on production support professional who can troubleshoot .NET/Java applications, manage critical incidents, work across technical teams, and drive application stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Analyze logs and support deployments and production releases.
• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Business, and Vendor teams.
• Configure and maintain application environments.
• Create/maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automation scripts.
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
