Job Description We are seeking a Principal Marketing Project Manager - Campaign Operations & Alliance Programs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrated campaign program management and alliance marketing and a proven ability to operationalize scalable processes and deliver on-time campaign launches.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for commercial media campaigns, meeting milestones, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and launch requirements. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, status reports, and communication frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across marketing, media, creative, category, retail, alliance, analytics, legal, finance, and agency teams. Manage intake, briefing, planning, execution, reviews, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking.

Establish governance, including ownership models, approval workflows, escalation paths, and decision checkpoints. Serve as SME for alliance-driven execution with knowledge of Microsoft, Intel, and AMD processes, funding, approvals, and co-marketing compliance. Manage alliance tracking requirements, including partner IDs, project IDs, creative and UX approvals, and documentation. Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process gaps proactively. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and executive status updates.

Standardize workflows, templates, approvals, reporting, naming conventions, and documentation. Develop a scalable, repeatable campaign management framework for internal adoption. Create process documentation, playbooks, templates, governance models, training materials, and guides. Train and mentor Marketing Activation Specialists on best practices and the operating model. Ensure knowledge transfer and transition readiness before engagement end. Provide leadership visibility into portfolio health, risks, readiness, and business impacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field. 8+ years managing complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, media operations, or large cross-functional initiatives. Experience operating at a Senior or Principal Project Manager level with proven delivery. Alliance marketing and partner-funded program experience, preferably with Microsoft, Intel, and AMD. Experience building operating models, governance structures, playbooks, and process improvements. Background working with agencies, creative, media, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Technology industry experience preferred. PMP, Agile, PROSCI, or related certification preferred.
