Government Project Manager

Sr Project Manager, Contract, 40 hours a week through April 2027! MUST have Government experience!
We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead a high-visibility government initiative assessing laboratory facilities across the state. This individual will drive project execution, coordinate multiple external partners, and oversee the development of a comprehensive recommendations report for government stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery through April 2027.
• Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate government stakeholders, consulting partners, leadership, and technical resources.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and manage deliverables from multiple vendors and consultants.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
• Support development and delivery of final recommendations and reporting.

Requirements
Sr Project Manager, Contract, 40 hours a week through April 2027! MUST have Government experience!
Sr Project Manager MUST have the following to be considered!

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting government, public-sector, facilities, infrastructure, or assessment-related projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and complex project timelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• MUST have Government experience to be considered!

Preferred

• Facility, laboratory, or infrastructure assessment project experience.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management methodology experience.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Technical reporting or report-development experience.
