We are seeking a high-energy Recruiter / Employment Specialist to join our growing staffing team in Tinton Falls, NJ. This is a fast-paced, activity-driven role where your success is measured by your ability to connect with candidates, schedule interviews, and actively introduce strong candidates to client companies. What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to candidates daily (Indeed, database, referrals)
Screen and interview candidates for open positions
Schedule interviews and coordinate placements
Match candidates to job opportunities quickly and accurately
Proactively introduce qualified candidates to client companies
Call hiring managers to present candidates and generate interest
Work closely with the Managing Director to drive placements
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and clients
What This Role Is
High activity / high volume recruiting
Fast-paced environment with daily performance expectations
Phone-heavy role (candidates and client outreach)
Combination of recruiting and outbound candidate marketing
What This Role Is NOT
Not a passive HR role

Not a low-volume recruiting job
Compensation
Base:
$22–$25 per hour
Total earnings potential: $60K–$75K+
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated by performance and earning potential
