Recruiting/Administrative
Staff
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Workdays: Monday - Friday (Saturday recruiting as needed)
Basic knowledge and understanding of federal and state HR regulations
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role or equivalent HR experience
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities during the recruitment phase

• Conduct phone screens, interviews and formulate offers for open hourly positions to quality candidates
• Utilize company candidate management software for recruitment
• Conduct pre-employment screenings to ensure candidates meet hiring guidelines
• Compile and report data regarding recruitment and trends (i.e. Communicate and serve as a role model for policies and procedures enforcement
• Conduct training for management on new initiatives
• Support and serve as a role model for KPI’s of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment
• Demonstrate and serve as a role model for Respect for the Individual by promoting harmony and consensus; Demonstrate and serve as a role model for Building Trust by being reliable and consistent. Demonstrate and serve as a role model for Developing Yourself and Others by improving the skills and talents of others and self. Maintain a customer service focus, ensuring and protecting our customer’s best interest
• Support continuous improvement activity surrounding recruitment practices
• Work to meet customer’s expectations and fulfill their needs maintaining communication and good rapport
• Policy enforcement and interpretation as needed
