The Role

• Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission.
• Spend at least 80% of time engaging with customers, both independently and with Territory Managers.
• Build relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase department revenue.
• Monitor fleet usage to identify under-utilized equipment and ensure territory management to achieve goals.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, with heavy equipment rentals experience being ideal.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
