Job Details:

Position: UI React Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Type: Contract - (W2, 1099)

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant depth in front-end development.
• 5+ years of experience building responsive web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise with at least one enterprise-grade UI framework (React strongly preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable).
• Proven experience designing, scaling, and maintaining a component library or design system.
• Strong understanding of persona-based UX patterns, role-based navigation, and workflow-driven UI.
• Solid experience with front-end performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vital concepts.
• Hands-on experience with front-end testing frameworks, automating quality gates, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git, code review processes, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience instrumenting UI telemetry for analytics, error monitoring, and performance insights.
• Familiarity with BFF patterns, API contract collaboration, and optimizing UI workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
• Experience with micro-frontend or modular UI architectures is a plus.
• Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams and communicate technical standards effectively
