Detailed Job Description: The position will be responsible for the development and documentation of data warehouse reports and dashboards related to Child Welfare. Areas of focus include enhancement and continued support of Data Quality Dashboard to add requested data quality items and trends data visualization to help assess data quality improvement efforts; development of Casework Monitoring Dashboard for use by Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) and Voluntary Agency (VA) staff; standardization of common reporting metrics such as Race & Ethnicity and Age across the data warehouse environment (tables, reports, and dashboards); increasing data warehouse user engagement by updating and improving training materials and guides; and provide technical assistance to OCFS, LDSS, and VA data warehouse users through development and enhancement of data warehouse Cognos reports.
