Job Title: Citrix Engineer Remote

Location: Remote

Mode of Hire: Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Citrix Engineer to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Citrix infrastructure, virtual desktops, and application delivery environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in Citrix administration, troubleshooting, virtualization, and Windows server technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Install, configure, maintain, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.

§ Manage Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and Citrix Gateway/NetScaler.

§ Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure smooth operations.

§ Troubleshoot issues related to application access, virtual desktops, user sessions, connectivity, and performance.

§ Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.

§ Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and networking teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

§ Support user access management, application publishing, and virtual desktop provisioning.

§ Maintain technical documentation and follow incident, problem, and change-management procedures.

§ Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve system stability and performance.

Required Skills:

§ Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or XenApp/XenDesktop.

§ Knowledge of Citrix StoreFront and Citrix technologies.
