Infrastructure Engineer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.

This role provides senior-level technical expertise and operational leadership for critical Trader Voice Services and regulatory call recording infrastructure. The engineer will support a regulated voice recording environment responsible for capturing and retaining trader and business communications, focusing on platform maintenance, lifecycle management, infrastructure upgrades, and supporting strategic migration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide platform maintenance and lifecycle management
• Perform infrastructure upgrades and modernization efforts
• Conduct vulnerability remediation and patch management
• Handle system health monitoring and operational support
• Engage in engineering design and implementation activities
• Support migrations and strategic platform initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC)
• 2+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent
• Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations
• Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform consolidation
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads
• Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration management tools
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data centers)
• 2+ years' experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, etc)
• Experience with lifecycle management including patching, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning
• Understanding of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• 2+ years of information security experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Pay range: $31.09 - $39.09 per hour
