The Role • Integrate theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience in various hotel departments. • Gain comprehensive understanding of operations including Front Office & Reservations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Revenue & Sales, and Backoffice. • Apply learning directly from the first day, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects. • Benefit from a structured learning environment with dedicated mentors and access to internal resources. • Opportunity for a four-week international internship in one of their European hotels.
