The Role • Undergo a comprehensive 3-year apprenticeship as a hotel specialist, rotating through all departments of a leading international hotel chain. • Gain hands-on experience in guest services, including breakfast service and bar operations in the hotel lounge. • Ensure guest satisfaction through meticulous housekeeping standards and maintaining clean, comfortable rooms. • Master front desk operations, from warmly welcoming guests to ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. • Learn reservation and sales techniques, handling guest inquiries and coordinating group arrivals. • Acquire basic culinary skills, focusing on preparation, dietary needs, efficiency, and sustainability. • Obtain insights into crucial administrative functions such as accounting, human resources, marketing, and revenue management. What You'll Need • A successful school leaver's qualification. • Enthusiasm for interacting with international guests and a strong team spirit. • Flexibility and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and tasks. • Preferably some prior experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry, perhaps from internships. • Good command of both German and English languages.
