The Role

• Engage in comprehensive 3-year training to become a certified Hotel Specialist.
• Gain hands-on experience across various hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Administration.
• Learn to provide exceptional guest service, from breakfast experiences to evening bar service.
• Master guest reception, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation management.
• Develop basic culinary skills while understanding nutrition, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Obtain insights into crucial business functions like accounting, HR, marketing, and revenue management.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of secondary school education.
• Genuine enjoyment of interacting with international guests and working collaboratively in a team.
• A flexible attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new situations.
• Previous experience in hospitality or gastronomy (e.g., internships) is a plus.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
