The Role

• Support the store manager in daily operations and overall store success.
• Assist with team management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Play a key role in optimizing sales strategies for a diverse and frequently changing product assortment.
• Oversee store appearance, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with store management to discuss performance and future development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior retail experience.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program.
