The Role

• Lead and manage the store team, supported by the assistant manager
• Oversee store presentation, including order management, visual merchandising, and daily operations
• Manage staff, including creating schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build the store's team
• Collaborate with regional management on performance and store development

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, with a preference for experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills for team motivation and feedback delivery
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week intensive training program at a designated training store
