The Role

• Lead and mentor your store team, supported by an assistant manager
• Oversee the store's presentation, including inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations
• Manage personnel, including scheduling and fostering employee growth
• Handle recruitment to build and strengthen your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store development

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide effective feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to complete an intensive 8-week onboarding program at a dedicated training store
