Position Overview
Seeking a Technology Specialist – DevOps CI/CD for IAM Tools with 4 to 9+ years of experience for a 12-month contract position located in Plano, TX (Hybrid setup).
The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in establishing and managing CI/CD automation pipelines specifically for Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
This role involves deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise IAM tools, executing release deployments across production/non-production environments, and ensuring continuous environment management and observability.

Key Responsibilities
* IAM CI/CD Automation & Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Unix/Shell scripting, and automated deployment processes tailored for enterprise IAM platforms.
* IAM Tool Administration & Integration: Install, configure, and support core IAM platforms including SailPoint, IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, and Directory Services (LDAP setup, configuration, and troubleshooting).
* Release Deployment & Environment Governance: Execute release code deployments across Production Data Centers, Pre-Stage, Dev, Test, Finalstage, and Performance environments, managing backups, rollbacks, and recovery protocols.
* Authentication Frameworks & Middleware Support: Manage and support authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth, Entra ID) alongside middleware servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat.
* System Observability & Monitoring: Perform health checks, monitor containers/systems using Dynatrace and automation scripts, and build performance metrics dashboards to ensure high system availability.

Required Qualifications
* Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated DevOps and CI/CD engineering experience focused on IAM platform deployments.
* IAM Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with SailPoint, IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, and LDAP configuration and troubleshooting.
* DevOps & Automation: Mastery in Jenkins, Unix/Shell scripting, build/deployment automation, and environment provisioning.
* Authentication & Middleware: Solid understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, Entra ID, and administration of WebSphere, WebLogic, or Tomcat.
* Observability & Analytics: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring tools; basic programming knowledge in Java or .NET is a plus.
