Position: Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week
Experience: 10 13 Years

We are looking for a strong Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer with 10 13 years of overall IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, cloud platforms, observability, automation, and production support.

Key Skills / Requirements

* Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps
* Strong hands-on experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana and Prometheus
* Experience with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, metrics, logs and application performance monitoring
* Strong experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/EKS and containerized environments
* Experience defining and monitoring SLIs, SLOs, SLAs and Golden Signals
* Strong production support and incident management / root-cause analysis experience
* Experience handling critical production incidents and improving MTTR
* Strong understanding of alerting, event correlation, anomaly detection and proactive monitoring
* Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow/ITSM and PagerDuty
* Strong automation/scripting experience using Python, Bash and/or PowerShell
* Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
* Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
* Experience with application, infrastructure, middleware and cloud monitoring
* Ability to identify recurring production issues and implement reliability improvements
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with application, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps and operations teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with AIOps, Dynatrace Davis AI, Grail/DQL, AWS Bedrock or other AI-assisted observability capabilities is a plus.
