Marketing Documents Specialist, French

Apply French-language marketing expertise to create high-quality materials that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role combines hands-on document development with expert review, strategic messaging, and clear feedback across French and English marketing contexts. Create, review, and refine a range of marketing documents in French. Develop, edit, and organize polished presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Maintain clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency across French and English content.

Partner with the customer’s team to identify marketing-material needs and gather relevant information. Provide expert guidance on marketing terminology, document structure, and best practices. Deliver written and verbal feedback on marketing content used for AI training. Use experience with Fortune 500 brands to inform document tone, style, and strategic messaging. Native-level French proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 years of marketing experience focused on producing or managing marketing documents.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience creating, editing, and evaluating marketing collateral. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, ability to sustain a consistent brand voice, and ability to work independently while collaborating remotely. Experience working with or for Fortune 500 organizations. Familiarity with AI-related projects or strong interest in AI-driven content development. US-based location or understanding of US marketing practices.

Remote independent contractor engagement. Compensation $10 to $55 per hour.
