Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to drive enterprise software/patch deployment, vulnerability remediation, and automated endpoint management.
Position Details

Location: 1300 E. Main St., Richmond, VA 23219
-
Work Arrangement: Onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
-
Interview Process: Either Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
-
Engineer, package, test, and deploy software across enterprise devices.
-
Execute OS and third-party patch management while monitoring vulnerability tools (Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Defender).
-
Automate deployment workflows and enforce security hardening policies.
-
Provide root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for deployment and configuration issues.
Important Skills Required
Must-Have Skills (4+ Years Required):

Endpoint Management: Intune, MECM / SCCM, and imaging solutions

Patch Management & OS: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and enterprise patch deployment

Troubleshooting: Root-cause analysis, system logs, and issue remediation

Ticketing Systems: Service desk and incident tracking software
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

Automation & Scripting: PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API

Patching Tools: PatchMyPC
