IT Infrastructure & IT Systems Engineer - Windows / VMware / Active Directory

Seeking a Server Engineer to support IT infrastructure and systems within QC Laboratory environments for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and laboratory systems/equipment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server (2000 2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience building virtual servers using VMware vCenter.
• Experience with SCCM/System Center, Splunk, and antivirus solutions.
• Experience supporting Windows XP/7/10/11 workstations.
• Strong server, network, and application troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Experience with server hardware/rack installation and vendor application configuration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and with non-IT stakeholders.
