Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a critical role in a large-scale Billing Transformation Program. The BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the implementation team, working within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end billing lifecycle processes including customer onboarding, service activation, contract management, billing and invoicing, collections, payment processing, and revenue recognition
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; define business rules and billing calculation requirements
• Gather and document integration requirements with enterprise applications including ERP, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Customer Portals, Payment Gateways, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Power BI
• Define data mapping, validation rules, and support migration planning and legacy system analysis
• Create and maintain product backlog items, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support Product Owners with prioritization and ensure requirements are development-ready and testable

Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience
• Strong business process analysis and requirements documentation skills
• Experience with billing transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
• Integration experience with ERP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or Power BI

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data warehouse and payment gateway integrations
• Background in financial or utility sector billing processes
• Power BI reporting experience
