Role : Application Developer

Location : Hopkins, MN or Irving, TX(Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Months (W2 Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Development: Design, develop and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.

• User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.

• Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes.

• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows.

• Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

• Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes

• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions

• Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.

• Coordinate with onsite and offshore for seamless delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• IBM BAW Platform

• Minimum 8+ years of IBM BAW development experience.

• Strong in UI development – proficiency in UI frameworks like React, Angular, Bootstrap and JavaScript.

• Experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and good understanding on Container Platform.
