Freezer Warehouse Operative - Bicester

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high‑performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C.

What We’re Looking For

• No Warehouse experience needed — just bring a positive attitude.
• You must be 18 or over.
• You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol
• You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
• For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
• Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C)

Available Shifts  (You will work 4 shifts in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)

Shift Options:

Night Shift: 19:00 to 05:00 

Day Shift: 05:00 to 15:00 

Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown — freezer premium added separately)

Freezer premium + £0.80 per hour

Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am).

Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
