The Role

• Play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurate, undamaged, and delivered on time.
• Work in various warehouse sections including Despatch (loading orders), Pick (selecting and packing items), Inbound (receiving and quality checking), and Freezer environments.
• Handle goods with care, ensuring the highest standards of quality for customer orders.
• Operate in ambient, chilled (0-5°C), and freezer (-25°C) environments, with appropriate thermal gear provided for colder areas.
• Contribute to a dynamic, 24-hour operational flow in a busy warehouse setting.

What You'll Need

• Must be over 18 years old.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including handling moderately heavy boxes.
• Comfort working in varying temperature conditions, including chilled and freezer environments.
• Adaptability to work within a fast-paced, continually moving operational setting.
