The Role

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders into designated totes, ensuring product quality and condition.
• Load pre-packed shopping totes into delivery vans for dispatch, playing a key role in the customer journey.
• Receive goods from suppliers, perform quality checks, and prepare items for the picking process.
• Work efficiently in ambient, chilled (0-5°C), or freezer (-25°C) environments, with appropriate thermal gear provided for cold zones.
• Operate within a fast-paced, 24-hour operational environment, contributing to the smooth flow of logistics.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and care to ensure customer orders are correct and received in excellent condition.

What You'll Need

• Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments, including freezers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
