They are now looking to add to their team and are seeking to hire a "Project Manager.” This role will be 100% Remote.

Required Skills
Ability to provide structure and organization to projects and effectively utilize project management tools
Strong communication skills and willingness to proactively reach out, schedule meetings, and coordinate across teams
Experience creating and supporting presentations, including developing the framework and structure of project decks
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience
Experience working with HR-related projects is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills

Job Summary:
The HR Transformation Project Coordinator provides project management and coordination support for enterprise HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation and evolution of the HR Operating Model. This role is responsible for helping ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned to established priorities by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items and milestones, supporting stakeholder communications, and monitoring project progress.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting HR, organizational change, operating model redesign, or business transformation initiatives is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and status reports.
Monitor project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure projects stay on track.
Escalate potential project delays, risks, or resource constraints to project leadership.
Coordinate project activities across multiple HR functions and business stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project governance activities, including steering committees, working sessions, and project team meetings.
Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, and action item logs.
Track decisions and ensure follow-up activities are completed by accountable stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, communication plans, meeting materials, decision logs, and implementation plans.
Ensure documentation is organized, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
Produce regular project status updates and executive-ready reporting materials.
Facilitate communication across workstreams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Assist in gathering stakeholder feedback and tracking project-related concerns.
Contribute to lessons learned reviews and post-implementation assessments.
Technical & Professional Skills
Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up capabilities.

Preferred Skills
Understanding of HR functions, processes, and operating models.
Exposure to organizational design, change management, HR technology, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience within a global or matrixed organization preferred.
