· Work closely with Product, Operations, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, EDI, SAP, Security, and Platform teams.

· Facilitate system walkthroughs and working sessions to help offshore teams understand business processes, application behavior, system flows, and data ownership.
· Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers, dependencies, risks, and issues.

· Provide regular status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
· Ensure decisions, requirements, and action items are properly documented and communicated.
· Take ownership of delivery outcomes and continuously push activities toward completion.

· Proven ability to navigate organizational structures and obtain information, approvals, access, and decisions.
· Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers.
· Strong understanding of technical delivery terminology and enterprise application environments.
· Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
· Ability to understand discussions around data, system access, applications, integrations, repositories, configurations, and process documentation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.
