Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong business analysis and process redesign experience, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing multiple workstreams with strong schedule management and resource planning capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI/data dashboards, integrated master schedules, and business process re-engineering.
