Portal Assessment Lead Oracle Cloud

Location: Irvine, CA | Hybrid Duration: Long Term
Experince: 10+ Years
Interview: 1 Virtual Round
Domain: Food & Beverage

Mandatory Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion.
Hands-on experience with Customer Portals custom-built portal, Oracle Commerce, or Oracle iStore.
Strong understanding of customer portal processes, including:
- Customer order placement
- Sales order status tracking
- Sales contract visibility
- Customer collaboration during product development
Experience conducting customer/business workshops independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
