Description:

What will you do? What are we looking for?

Key responsibilities:

BSA: Business system analyst

Risk Modeling Data ingestion:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders of Risk department and Enterprise data platform to receive business requirements of respective model scores to be ingested into snowflake data warehouse.

Analyze business requirements and coordinate with business teams to fulfill the requirement gaps if any.

Manage all the business intakes and coordinate with tech leads to prioritize the development basis the capacity of the team.

Coordinate with development and testing team during implementation phase.

Perform UAT post completion of development.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to complete postproduction validation and receive sign offs.

Manage the life cycle of JIRA Initiatives until closure.

Platform support:

Maintain KPI backlog for platform upgrade and support activities.

Validate platform deployments and related artifacts every week and provide sign off for further processing.

Scrum Master:

• Conduct scrum ceremonies for both 'Green Berets and Alpha force' teams:
• Daily scrum
• Backlog grooming
• Sprint planning
• Sprint review
• Sprint retrospective
• Publish respective scrum reports to leadership regularly.
