The Minnesota Judicial Branch is seeking a Business Analyst to support the digital accessibility remediation of our public facing websites. The selected candidate(s)will be required to sign a confidentiality, participation, and assignment of rights agreement in a form acceptable to State.

The Business Analyst will have 3–5 years of business analysis experience. This role requires strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to support digital accessibility planning, technical implementation, and successful business adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Four years’ hands-on experience in an agile environment covering quality assurance, usability, access requirements, and inclusive design.
• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, and to translate technical terminology into terms understandable to non-technical employees.
• Ability to interact with and influence resources at every level within the organization.

• Ability to work with vendors, architects, and highly technical resources to

• implement projects and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of and expertise in project, program and portfolio management methodology, tools and techniques desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with assessing WCAG 2.1, Level AA compliance according to legal requirements.
• Working knowledge of websites, CMS/web technologies, and digital accessibility/WCAG.
• Project management experience.
