Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, and business process improvement.
• Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Proven experience developing user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience creating UX mockups, wireframes, and process flows.
• 4+ years of experience using Jira for requirements tracking, issue management, and project collaboration.
• Experience maintaining requirements traceability and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive education-sector experience is mandatory for consideration.
