Job Description

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Swift, UIKit, test automation for iOS (Appium), and Xcode and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, performant iOS applications to the App Store and drive automation coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full app lifecycle including development, automation, testing, and App Store release


• Collaborate with design and product teams to define features, create estimates, prototypes, and implementation plans


• Develop and maintain automated tests using Appium and related frameworks for iOS


• Ensure application quality, performance, and reliability to specification


• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, defects, and performance issues prior to release


• Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store


• Drive best practices and continuous improvement across code, processes, tools, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field


• 5+ years of mobile development experience across iOS and/or Android using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and/or Java


• Proficiency in Swift and UIKit, with experience in SwiftUI


• Extensive knowledge of Xcode and iOS build, signing, and distribution workflows


• Hands-on Core Java experience and familiarity with C-based libraries


• Strong experience writing automated tests for iOS using Appium. Mobile test automation on iOS is required


• Proficiency with RESTful web services and related technologies such as JSON and XML. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


• Experience with platform features such as biometrics, push notifications, and Camera APIs


• Experience with Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration


• Familiarity with Copilot prompting and usage for development and automation tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration and unit testing practices


• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments with strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Logistics

• Start window: October or November


• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required. In-person required


• Hybrid schedule: Minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Plano, TX
