Associate Attorney — Litigation

Introduction:

As an Associate Attorney specializing in Litigation, you will be responsible for investigating and defending first/third-party insurance claims, handling various types of cases such as personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith. You will also be expected to take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions, attend court hearings, and conduct examinations under oath.

Requirements:

Required:

• JD from ABA-accredited school
• Active Colorado Bar — MANDATORY
• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm
• Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or coverage preferred
• Must be LOCAL to Denver — no relocation
