Role: .NET Full Stack Technical Lead

Location: North Andover, MA, USA - Hybrid

Duration: Fulltime

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of microservices architecture, hands-on cloud deployment experience, and proven team leadership and project coordination skills.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle, designing and developing scalable applications, managing deployments, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely project delivery while coordinating effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Primary Technical Skills

• Backend Technologies: .NET Core, C#, , Web API.
• Frontend Technologies: React.js, JavaScript, Material-UI, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Cloud: AWS deployment and environment management.
• Architecture: Microservices architecture and scalable application design.
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• ORM: Dapper ORM.
• Development Practices: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), coding standards, and application performance optimization.

Secondary Skills

• Node.js.
• Responsive web design and UI development.
• Experience working with Material-UI and Bootstrap frameworks.
• Familiarity with application release and deployment processes.
