Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise. This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of clients ServiceNow Platform.

responsibilities:

The team is the servicenow platform team. responsible for maintaining and enhancing the servicenow platform with Ameren. A strategic reset has produced this need. New implementation. Best practices and standards around data organization. CDM will be followed.

qualifications:

Experiencce with the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management), NowAssist for ITSM, Virtual Agent
