Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Product Manager / Product Owner – Demand Planning to lead enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and demand forecasting platforms.

• Own the demand planning technology strategy, product roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead demand planning projects from design through implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Manage platform lifecycle, upgrades, releases, governance, and support.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• Enable statistical forecasting, ML forecasting, demand sensing, and hierarchical forecasting.
• Manage demand planning data and integrations with ERP, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate technology strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Demand Planning / Demand Forecasting Technology.
• Experience as an IT Product Manager / Product Owner.
• SAS Viya – Strongly Preferred.
• Experience with SAS Visual Forecasting, SAS Intelligent Planning, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder/JDA, Logility, or OMP.
• Strong understanding of IBP / S&OP processes.
• Knowledge of MAPE, WMAPE, Bias, and Forecast Value Add (FVA).
• Experience with ERP, Data Warehouse, Cloud, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong Agile/SDLC, project management, stakeholder, and vendor management experience.
• Supply Chain / CPG / Manufacturing experience is a plus.
