Job Overview:

The organization is seeking a Call Center Service Representative for a 24/7 call center environment to serve as the first point of contact, triaging between 60 to 80 calls per day from healthcare professionals, patients, and field representatives. Initial training hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for the first 4 weeks, followed by 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM for 3 weeks. Following 3 to 4 months of initial training, the permanent shift will be Tuesday through Saturday, with estimated hours around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Purpose:

Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force, and serve as the first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal organization personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and respond to external customer and sales representative calls through toll-free customer service lines.
• Send messages from internal and external customers to the sales force via various communication devices.
• Escalate and close pages via backup procedures when required.
• Maintain a professional presence in all situations by communicating information according to established procedures.
• Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience combined with an Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
