Sales Representative (Full Time / Retail)

• Life Insurance
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Take meticulous notes on all client interactions, for both in-person and phone conversations.
• Continuously develop product and sales business acumen to become fluent on all things BMW. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury automotive experience is a plus.

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends with some late nights.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM, Data-mining tools, etc).
• Know how to think quickly react to ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Take initiative to regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results.
• This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Saturday with Sundays and one other day off during the week. You’re required to work on Saturdays and some late nights.
