Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition in residential markets. This is a high-activity, field-based role where you will:
Knock doors daily
Pitch a fast, high-converting solar offer
Generate and close deals
This role is NOT for beginners. We are specifically looking for reps with at least 6+ months of door-to-door sales experience

What You’ll Do
Door-to-Door Prospecting
Canvass neighborhoods and knock doors daily

Sales & Closing
Present the solar offering in a simple, high-converting format
Highlight savings, energy security, and incentives
Handle objections and close deals on the spot or set strong appointments
Performance & Pipeline
Maintain high daily activity (doors, conversations, closes)
Track performance and improve conversion rates
Follow up to maximize deal flow
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6+ months of door-to-door sales experience (REQUIRED)
Background in solar, fiber, pest control, or alarms (preferred)
Strong communication and pitch delivery skills
Ability to work at a high pace and high volume
Resilient, competitive, and results-driven
Compensation & Earnings
100% Commission-Based (1099)
